“My daughter recently moved to West Plains. I am over 1,000 miles away and wanted to do something for her birthday since I couldn’t be there in person. I randomly messaged Sugar Lily after hours, after I saw/heard their business name somewhere. I wasn’t expecting to hear back from them until the next business day. Not only did they get back to me that night, they worked with me that night to create a beautiful flower arrangement of colors and flowers my daughter would love, wrote a loving birthday card for her from me, and brought everything to her and surprised her at her job! These people went out of their way to help a mom out who misses her daughter so much. You all are a true example of a business who cares about family. Thank you for all your support.
