They really need to learn to clean! Tables were nasty! Floors had not been swept or mopped. Soda machine was nasty. We were the 2nd costumers of the day so I know it wasn't cleaned from the night before. The soda was dried on the machine.

Please fix your parking lot. Nothing but potholes. When pulling up to the drive thru menu I hit a pothole and scraped the underside of my car.

On going issue at this location(West Plains MO). The parking lot is torn up and was specifically mentioned at a recent City Council Meeting. While the food is good the risk to a vehicle isn't worth it.

Holy cow, I've been to hundreds of Burger Kings, and this experience was pretty bad. Cold fries, bad burgers, the chicken sandwich was gross. We tossed half our food. Yikes.

This is a very dirty restaurant. It doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a while. We ordered the chicken wraps witch was supposed to come with two. We got one. Ordered a cheese burger with mayo . We got a burger without cheese or mayo. We were the only ones in the restaurant so Im not sure why they couldn't get our order right? Very disappointed. Will not be back. I was wondering why there restaurant always looks empty. Now I know.

I can't speak for the food. But I just enjoyed standing at the register ignored for 3 plus minutes while the kitchen crew stood around fighting with each other and the lady running the till ignored us. Left and went somewhere were someone would serve us food.
Super slow service and the food left a lot to be desired.

Got the bundle for 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches. They let me know the ice cream machine was broken. What they didn’t tell me upon getting my food at home is that they didn’t have the right buns on the sandwich. If you get the original chicken sandwich you know how good the actual bun is for the item… not a whopper bun. I don’t know why I continue to order here. If you’re gonna spend 40 bucks on delivery, don’t do it here.

The restroom was fowl. The urnial was overflowing with piss and was all over the floor. The odor of urine was overwhelming.
