Went tonight in Murray Ky 12-19-2025. We went through the drive thru. One car ahead of us to order and 1 car who were paying. Took us 33 minutes to get our fish dinner. Which by the way was before the car who ordered before us got there food. While sitting waiting I could see inside the drive thru window. I watched as my clams and shrimp for 5.99 sat on the counter for just shy of 5 mins before the fish dinner was done. When I pointed out that I wasn’t too upset about the wait time. I was very upset that I had to sit there and watch half my food get cold. Her response was sorry it’s not our fault. Hmmm well sure ain’t my fault. Will never be back
