Love Colton’s West Plains! The food is always terrific, the service often exceeds expectations, and it’s always nice and clean (including the ladies’ room). And if you ever get a chance to meet Cari, she is a total doll!

Colton's Steakhouse in West Plains, Missouri was fantastic when it was first established. Not anymore. I go back about once a year to see if it has improved. It never does. Terrible tough/chewy steaks. Cooks that don't know the difference between medium-rare and medium well. Even the burgers aren't as good as they once were. Who screws-up a hamburger!?! West Plains Colton's does!*THUMBS-DOWN*

The service was wonderful the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming a really great family restaurant. My stake wasn't cooked to my liking and the manager comped my meal which was amazing for them to do. The food was excellent and plenty of it also.

When you order a sreak and they bring you a hamburger pattie.
Family enjoyed this place. We left stuffed. Waitress kept us topped off with drinks. I had to tell her no more I'm full lol.

We just happen to visit at the highest use peak time for supper, but we got waited on very quickly, and our wait time was not very long. Our large family with kids had a good experience. Food was excellent.
