We ordered on the app to pic up in the drive thru. Ordered the bbq chicken strips and it was pitiful. More (quite frankly the whole bottle) bbq sauce was on the toast than the chicken. My whole slice of toast was soaked in th sauce where my chicken has WHOLE stripS (2/6) were bare and had no sauce. They make you pay for extra ranch but only put enough ranch in the container to cover the bottom. Only dipped half a chicken strip before I ran out of ranch. Wouldn’t recommend after that experience but willing to give a try when it’s not on a Saturday night.

Pitiful when you can't hold the box up and see the fries above the top of it, double bacon ranch burger has no sauce on it, chicken tender box has no toast in it!! 3rd time in 2 weeks at a DQ with crappy food! Food, ice cream and drinks were as expected. The cashier was a little cold (not as friendly as I'm used to here.
The floors were very greasy making them slick. People were having to walk carefully, so as to not fall. Hopefully, that gets figured out and fixed before someone falls.
Slippey floor felt like it was mopped with fryer grease.
The excessive amount of Fox News and Christian TV with churchy music kinda made me nauseous

I was very disappointed in the special ordered ice creams I had ordered in person. We had ordered a cotton candy parfait and I explained how to do it. We got a glob of vanilla ice cream, it didn't even look like their signature look, in a cup with some cotton candy on top instead of layers. We also ordered a turtle sundae, and again I explained that it would be hot fudge, carmal, and pecans in sundae form. But instead got a sundae with also a glob of vanilla with the Carmel, pecans, and instead of hot fudge got the hard chocolate shell. It was also annoying that they didn't bother fixing their mistake even if it was for the one they used the wrong chocolate for. So if wanting a specific order, I wouldn't recommend them.

That 1# Burger was on point. The new orange shake, takes me back to them orange dream sicles as a kid. No doubt. My girl says the Chili dog was awesome too. But my personal opinion, if y'all used a really nice dog on them it'd be worth every penny , like a big gfs brand roller grill dog without the roller lol But all in all, awesome food and the price for that double burger and fries is still cheaper than anywhere else, and no bacon.
