Worked at this joke of an operation for 4 awful days in January, and WAS NEVER PAID. Devon Davis claimed she would mail a check for my owed wages, but clearly never did. I have made several attempts to follow up, and have been ignored each time. Hearing now that this exact thing has happened to others! Shameful. Please do NOT support this illegitimate business!!!

While in West Plains this weekend we stopped in here, it was hard to find bcuz there was no sign but we found it and the food was great! Im not sure why it's called a piano bar as I didn't see a piano but we were seated in the bar area. We had the new York strip it was perfect, but the drinks were were it's at. I had the blackberry bourbon smoked old fashion?? I think, and it was excellent! My husband had the Irish smoked old fashion, ( I don't know why all the signature drinks are named the same or why they are all smoked but i liked it! ) I don't know the waiter who served us, he didn't introduce himself but I wish he had because the drinks he made us were even better than the first ones. If you get a chance to stop in here do it! You won't be dissapointed. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the app. But to be fair the manager warned me before I ordered it, and it was good just could have been better if it was made to order instead of made ahead of time. Everything else made up for it. It's a little higher in price for this tiny town but well worth the money. The service was good and they were fairly quick and the food was good but again their signature drinks were the best part of it all.Parking: Parking was a bit limited because it's on court square but if you don't mind walking a short ways there's parking down the side of the street as well and parking is free.

We just had a lovely brunch at Devs today. We tried pancakes and their omelettes and everything was delicious. Our server, Preston, was a doll and very attentive. We can’t wait to go back and try their dinner menu!

My first trip to Devs Steakhouse on the square in West Plains,I ordered the steak filet mignon, medium, they cooked and seasoned it perfectly,it was melt in your mouth and tender, the meal came with salad, a nice sized loaded baked potato and bread sticks, in addition I ordered roasted brussel sprouts. Service was friendly and on target with everything,My expectations was exceeded on every point, The Best Steakhouse in our area. Apologies for no photo.

Great atmosphere, service and food. I've been here many times and they are very much what West Plains needs! I highly recommend their ribeye steak, (melt-in-your-mouth tender and prepared perfectly), the boom boom shrimp and the bar fries. If you want culture, good food and good value, come see Dev's!

This is by far the best restaurant for miles around! high-quality steaks, a full bar, and absolutely stunning ambience. They even serve smoked Manhattans! Located in the West plains opera house, a beautiful historic building built in 1893. Still has original brick walls and wood floors.

Don’t waste your money or time. The whole experience was a let down and you’re better off at TGIF’s or less.Served by the worlds most apathetic bartender/manager (?) who boasted about how “having any beer you could think of” but doesn’t stock Boulevard wheat, or fat tire or…(goes on for awhile).Only 2-3 couples at the bar being served drinks (only one dinner table but another staff) and every step took so long.Huge chuck of the bar top edge ripped my coat and would have been one hell of a splinter if not for the coat (3”x3” piece or more ripped from the bar)the drink menu is a mess. If you can’t serve bar basics effectively (or at all) maybe don’t try to replicate mixology tricks you saw somewhere once on tv.Steaks are the focus of this place but there’s only one red and one white wine option - both from Stutter Home.Saw a bar guest be WAY WAY over served on beer and harassing guests - no intervention by management and they kept on serving him!The entire place smelt like they reversed the exhaust fan direction back to the dining area.

I was very excited when I heard that a piano bar was opening in this town. It is sorely needed, and would be a welcome addition to the culture of West Plains.Dev's Steakhouse is not it.We ended up waiting about 10 minutes at the front door, because the hostess' station was empty. None of the servers were even paying attention to the people who came in, to the point where it felt like they were intentionally ignoring us. After we were seated, we waited even longer for anyone to come by and give us menus. Several of the servers were under the age of 18, which made the whole ordeal worse because they weren't able to carry the alcohol, making an already crowded bar (crowded by employees, not customers) even more chaotic. The manager did nothing to manage. In what is supposed to be a presentably fashionable establishment, the manager on duty (the owner?) was sitting around in her sweatpants playing darts. The servers were unprepared, untrained, and the manager was more focused on enjoying herself than trying to run a legitimate business.I am so disappointed that this is the place that found its way to West Plains. This town deserves so much better, but unfortunately the management isn't interested in improving. I feel so bad for anyone who has the misfortune of working here, because it is clear that nobody involved in the ownership of this business has any idea how to train or operate this establishment. They only appear to be interested in having their name outside of a restaurant.
