It's just not worth the money anymore. Quality has gone way way down and price keeps getting higher
This is the best restaurant in West Plains in decades. The food is so so worth eating. Prices are great! The employees are so great and has been since this restaurant opened years ago.
Always, fresh, friendly & peaceful atmosphere
Cashier/hostess was very rude today 4/18/25 (Friday ) seem all she was concerned about was money . The food was cold and terrible we will never go back , after started eating we wished we would of went to chens garden instead, never any problems, good food and always good service
Not a good place. Ordered a meal today and while the lady was giving my card back I asked for sauce on the side. She yelled at me and said “No! You didnt ask for the sauce on the side.” Then she yelled to the workers in the back but I couldnt understand what she said. Then after getting home and opening our food, some of the chicken was still raw. Pink clearly in it. And a couple of hours later, my son started throwing up the chicken all over the place. Be careful if you eat at this extremely rude restaurant.
Was actually pleased with the options here. Food wasn't bad bourbon chicken was yum. our tables were clean too

Only eat inside. They'll do nothing but get your to-go order wrong. Was my last time today going there.

We ordered carryout with pretty low expectations. The woman at the front was polite and helpful and the food came out pretty quick. We did an order of cashew chicken, General Tso's, and sweet and sour chicken. All of the chicken was so old and dry, tasted like freezer burn. The sauces used were absolutely disgusting, bland, gelatinous goop. The pathetic excuse for fried rice and soggy, frozen egg rolls were unacceptable as well. This was by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Frozen stuff from the grocery store would've been better.

We met a couple friends here. The buffet had everything you'd expect and everything tasted great. They have Springfield style cashew chicken on the buffet. They also have a menu you can order from if you don't want the buffet. Sushi was good as well and available on the buffet. Coconut shrimp is a family favorite and was good here. We didn't see anyone cooking fresh stir fry which would have been nice, but there were plenty of options of ribs, chicken, and shrimp. We'll be back.

This place is great for a midsizeish Chinese Buffet. plus you can order or make your own Springfield style cashew chicken which is awesome for someone who lived away from the area for a while and its comfort food. The staff is very attentive and keeps food coming out and your drinks full. Don't forget to tip! Every time I've been here I've noticed I'm the only one who does.
