There was way too much sauce and not near enough cheese or toppings on the pizza. The boneless wings were ok, but definitely way more toppings than chicken, so it was difficult to actually taste the chicken

Ordered from here multiple times. Ordered a couple days ago and the time(on the tracker) went from 30 minutes to over 2 hours! That's frickin insane! Showed up about the 30 minute mark only to watch the time get longer and longer. Finally went in and asked I was told about another 20 minutes. At that point I went to another restaurant and ordered food(about 15 minute cooking time) made it back home and and ate. All before the pizza was ready.

Made the best out of a bad situation! Give a round of applause for these guys! We ordered 2 pizzas from an event and placed the order at 5:22. With a estimated 30-40 min wait. We ran late to pick it up. When we got there it was 6:10 we were told it would be another 15 mins. Within a few mins another worker checked on us. I complained about how it will be an hour estimate between when we ordered pizza to when we got it. He said that the only thing he could do is have the manager speak to us but since they are behind he would rather just to work on our pizzas. So we agreed. Within another few mins another worker checked on us. By 6:25 we got our pizza! We commended the guy. Honestly they had a whole crew of workers and all were working diligently. The pizza was hot and delicious!

This place has gone to crap. None of the workers seem to know what they are doing, nor do they care, especially the manager. People are standing around for over an hour waiting for pizza that is supposedly done but cant seem to be found anywhere and the manager is giving attitude to upset customers who have something to be upset about. The owner should just fire the entire store and start over because this is a joke.

Absolute garbage. Like are they joking in there? Everybody working in there act as if they are just lost and dont even know what pizza is and the manager certainly doesn't care about the people standing around waiting for over an hour for pizza that supposedly is already done. I will never be going back again. Ozark Pizza it is.

Wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Seems like everyone has the same story. Order food then wait 2+ hours for delivery/pickup. Not good. First and last time ordering here. 👎

I'm trying to get food delivered but every time I call don't ever answer what's the point of being a pizza place that's supposed to deliver and answer phone calls but never do?? So I give it one Star please do better
We placed an order online at 5:00. We arrived at 6:00 to pick up and it still wasn’t ready. They said to come back in 30 minutes. We came back and it still wasn’t ready.

1 hour and 45 minutes is a bit ridiculous. If you care this little about providing good service then just shut it down. You call to find out what is going on with your order and when they finally answer your told if we get a driver we will send it. Just WOW. I just deleted the domino's app from my phone.

Called For a half hour plus tonight. 11/12/25. No one answered to even say we’re busy please hold… worthless service. Hopefully a manager sees this and, checks to see if their workload tonight justified not taking orders. Ordered from dominos for 30 years. This ends me ever ordering from them again at this location.

If I could give it zero I would I ordered a cheese bread and pepperoni pizza asked for the pizza to be well done . Well I got my cheesy bread and pulled I apart and the cheese in the middle wasn't melted and the dough in the middle was raw like it wasn't just a little raw it was completely raw in the middle. Tried calling no one answered. Read some old reviews and figured no point calling just to argue so it was First time ordering and it will be the last.
