Last two times I’ve order from here one of my pizza was completely raw in the middle. To the point it wasn’t even warm. The last time I ordered through the app and it took a little over a hour and a half for a Philly cheesesteak sub and with little very little stuff in the sandwich. I’ll not keep dropping money on food I either can’t eat cause it’s not done or having to wait that long for basically toasted bread. Used to love this place but seems they just don’t care. It is what it is

Everything went pretty smoothly. Technology has completely taken over. It's harder to call and order a pizza over the phone but instead have to use an app to order it. Obviously since coupons don't exist anymore the only place to see any discount would be online. So as long as you have a smartphone things will go real smooth at Domino's but if you don't... Good luck!

Five stars for the workers when I went in for a carryout and the spinach and feta pizza on a thin crust.

We ordered delivery Sunday night. My 3 year old daughter answered the door, anticipating pizza delivery. Crystal (Crissy I believe she goes by), eagerly engaged in conversation with her and offered a fist bump upon opening the door. She stayed briefly to continue talking to her and she thoroughly enjoyed the attention, awesome. Absolutely amazing customer service. We will be requesting her for delivery for any of our future purchases. Domino's, you are lucky to have her, she I have no doubt would be adored by many companies especially in the retail, restaurant industry. Well done Crissy.

Much better if you want delivery, or pick up self service. Eating in is not the best restaurant experience.

Very busy place, my multiple calls went unanswered, drivup order, live close by, had time to go home, unload bags from car, watch evening news, went back, paid at window, about 10 minutes wait, pizza brought to my car with apologies for taking so long, very nice young lady, also at window, where she seemed overwhelmed, said they had to call manager in because no one could stop to answer phone.

We have had pizza delivered to our home 3 times. The pizza tasted fantastic with friendly delivery people.
Domino's has become one of the most affordable pizza places in town while still maintaining pretty good quality. It has become my go to pizza place.

My son ordered pizza from them, took 3 hours to get there, then one of the pizzas was raw dough. It made my daughter sick. When I found out I reached out to them. 2 days later my son got a coupon for a free medium pizza....not enough. An apology with the ridiculously late delivery would be the first thing to do, along with a refund. Then I ordered today, thinking the last time had to be a fluke. Took an hr and a half, and of course no apology. No one answers the phone when I called to figure out what's going on. I understand if they're busy, but when you deliver something that late it should at least be hot and you should at least have the minimum training to apologize for that kind of wait. Won't be ordering from them again, local is better anyway.
Does not deliver any where why offer delivery
