Ordered a biscuit meal Sunday was completely wrong when I got home. Manager should have refunded the order or replaced it! With my gas and everything making trip back he wanted to replace biscuit only but knew he gave the wrong biscuit! Ordered bacon egg and cheese got home and it was biscuit with cheese!

The lettuce was wibbly and brown, but otherwise, this is exactly what ine expects from Hardee's. The food was delicious, but served cold, as one expects. The staff were helpful and pleasant, without being intrusive. The tables were in need of cleaning, but mostly crumbs, not wet stuff. If you like Hardee's, you know what you are getting. This branch delivers on all expectations, low and high.

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 gravy biscuits and a blueberry sweet biscuit. By the time I got back home our food was still hot. Tasted great and they weren't skimpy with the gravy. I'll definitely go back.

Harb, West Plains MO, has the best biscuit and sausage gravy in town. Gravy has lots of sausage and flavor, and good amount. Biscuit is large, hot and fresh, delicious!! Just need it all day!

Absolute GARBAGE! The food is way below standards and was expensive. Greasy and disgusting. I ordered their biscuits and gravy meal, with a chicken biscuit sandwich. The biscuits were thin and the gravy had a disgusting off taste to it. They barely covered the biscuits with the low-quality gravy (probably from a can, definitely not fresh). The tots that came with the meal were cold, greasy, and messy, plus I got a total of about 12. Everything was cheap, greasy, and low quality. The bathrooms were messy, and someone had 'blown' up the toilet with a nasty mess everywhere. There were food crumbs on most tables and on the floor. Fast food in general has gone down the tubes. Expensive, smaller portions, and over lower quality. I won't be back, and I do not recommend Hardees, particularly this establishment.
