Hibby’s Sports Grille has been a favorite of mine for years, so when I was searching for a new job I had to apply there. I had absolutely zero Serving/ Restaurant experience but was eager to learn. The support I received from my coworkers was incredible and it wasn’t long until I learned that being a part of the team there really means you are part of the family. Came in for a date around 8:30 or so had the most dull and abrasive server. I believe her name was Sydney but she definitely needs to read a how-to handbook or something on hospitality and faking a smile.
So this place was so packed on a Wednesday evening at 6ish that we needed to eat outside. Thankfully they had big fans set up to keep us cool. Appreciated not having to wait. There were also fun games for the kids to do (except when huge Jenga pieces fall, it's rather startling)
Food was good. Fried pickles and fried green beans were good and fun. We were able to share with a big group of friends.
