Michaela thru my order at my when I refused to pull up after waiting almost 5 mins in the drive thru. I wasn't aware they changed to the McDonald's way of customer service. I've been coming to this location for years now but it will be hard for me to go back after getting treated like I did today. It's saddening that this is the "new way"

I thought it might get better, gave it another try, nope, still hard biscuits and greasy chicken barely done, cook your chicken not safe, had to put it back in oven to finish cooking at home, what a disappointment

Ordered online for pickup. The 16pc bucket of chicken looked like the chicken was swimming in grease and had been regurgitated, it was soggy and tasted like a gallon of salt had been poured on it. The potatoes and fries were so salty that even our 6yr old thought they were gross and didn't want to eat them. Very disappointed and a sad waste of almost $50.
