Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered pizza to be ready at 10:45 for a party. Also paid for it online. My husband went to pick up at 11:00. Wasn’t even in the oven AND they wanted to know if we wanted to go ahead and pay for it. I called them when my husband relayed this info. The manager was incredibly rude and hung up on me when I tried to explain that I had already paid. I will NEVER do business with this establishment again. The most rude, hateful, unprofessional place!!

The food was excellent, but I probably would not have made a purchase if I hadn't been starving and went to a lot of trouble to find parking. The young man at the register barely made eye contact and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times over the kitchen noise, seeming more disinterested than anything else. I understand it was busy, but customer service isn't dead

The atmosphere was rather hectic and loud since it was dinnertime, but it was also very clean and the employees did move people out the door quickly. It was extremely busy on a Wednesday night, for reference. I'll likely try their service again when it isn't so busy during a rush and will update my review accordingly.

I'm hopeful that it was a fluke, because I love Little Caesars Pizza and this is the closest one to my location. Fingers crossed! 🤞

3rd time in a row I've been there and they didn't have a single pizza ready. Last time I'll ever try to get one. The whole point is "hot and ready", yet they literally never are.

Great low price place to get yummy pizza treats!

Much better I have not been there for 5 months or more sent they we ass to me . The food was much better. The lady that help us was nice too.

The pizza we had gotten was beyond old. Was not good at all. The cashier barely spoke a word to us and seemed like she could have been happy anywhere else but serving us.

We ordered delivery today and our pizza was green and the bread was smooshed and looked wet and the manager wouldn't do anything about it worst experience ever!

The cashier was itching her face and hair, managing coins, and had visible dirt under her nails, then went into the back and made a pizza without washing her hands or applying gloves. So nasty and unsanitary!!!!

The young brown headed guy taking my order was very nice and respectful.. he even turned around and asked the group to take the conversation else where… however I got new beef with the ash blonde, skinny guy with medium length hair (in a pony tail). He was also wearing a red hat. He was hitting a dab pen talking about making himself some food and when we made eye contact had the nerve to say “what’s he looking at”, “he must be hungry”. He was standing at the prep table that is visible from the lobby. My order was taken at 7:46 pm 07/09/2024..

Everyone was working like crazy with smiles on the faces. Service was good. But whoever made the pepperoni muffin cup didn't do a very good good job. The first time I ordered them when they first came out I was so impressed with the taste and quality. This time the were hot off the oven and no cheese inside. Way too much salty sprinkles and they even looked bad.
