The food was excellent, but I probably would not have made a purchase if I hadn't been starving and went to a lot of trouble to find parking. The young man at the register barely made eye contact and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times over the kitchen noise, seeming more disinterested than anything else. Everyone was working like crazy with smiles on the faces. Service was good. But whoever made the pepperoni muffin cup didn't do a very good good job. The first time I ordered them when they first came out I was so impressed with the taste and quality. This time the were hot off the oven and no cheese inside. Way too much salty sprinkles and they even looked bad.

Pizza is hit or miss.
Due to high volume, you have to wait 10-15 mins for the ready made pizza.

Depending on whose in the kitchen, the pizza can be soggy, over cooked, or just right.

Again it's hit or miss.

If there's an issue, they are great at fixing it or accommodating you to make things right.

Paying for sauces is hit or miss. Sometimes they charge you for them and sometimes they...
