if i could rate this 0 i would there food is never fresh and they never give u all ur food u order and when u try to explain what ur missing they act like they dont understand you or your calling the wrong store they barely let me get my missing food back that i paid for on the receipt

If they could get an order correct or in a timely manner it wouldn't be so bad. Also what happened to putting more than 1 or 2 napkins in the bag with absolutely any kinda condiment? As a consumer, I would think they were going broke the way they, jack up prices, & skimp on everything

Have problems getting the order right several times in drive thru ordered and payed for sausage, egg cheese mcmuffin, got a egg mcmuffin in stead. Next trip ordered same sausage egg cheese mcmuffin, got an egg cheese Canadian bacon or ham mcmuffin. It's sad when people don't Care about customer service or getting the order correct. I will check each order before leaving from now on, slow down the drive thru maybe they will take more care in getting it right.

Ok. When you go through the drive through and get more than 2 drinks do you think they might need a drink carrier? I shouldn’t have to ask. Common sense would tell you that they probably do. You prices have gotten so high and the service so cheap you suck now. And wipe the sides of your drinks off they’re always sticky. You can’t see when it over flows. Take a wet towel and wipe it off. Say ty when l pay and when you hand me my food. Quit acting like I’m not there.

Friday April 11.2025 I went thru drive thru around 830-9 pm..and ordered my food . Then sit there not moving and no one else was moving. For a good 15 mins. Wen the line started moving . . The girl took my money and didn't say or apologize for wait. Get to pick up windows. Handed me my sweet tea and almost threw my burger and fries in truck . Then I asked for ketchup and at first she said no. Then she walked around the corner and gave me a couple got home and bit into qp burger and it was not cooked meat still red fries were not fresh hard as rocks .. and my sweet tea was unsweetened

I told the manager that my order wouldn't be picked up for an additional 20 minutes and asked if they would remake it when the driver got there they said no and hung up on me by the time I got my food it was cold and my hash brown was soggy like seriously how rude can you get
