Terrible drive thru service. We pulled up, no one in other lane, “Will you be using the app?” “No.” “Hold on.” Car pulls into other lane same routine, but they get to order. We wait to place order. Another car pulls into other lane again, they get to order. I lay on horn about 3 seconds. “Have you been helped?” “No, and you have let 2 other cars go ahead of us.” We place order., pay, no apology whatsoever. We get to pick up wi diw and there is no one there. All we git was 1 iced coffee . Woman finally hands it out if the window and quickly shuts it. No thank you come again, nothing. Probably the single worst drive thru experience I have had in over 40 years. Recommend avoiding this store!

This place is terrible. Incredibly slow service. Can see the workers standing and talking while we wait 20 min for a single burger. I have been here several times trying to give them a couple chances. Never again. Mcdonalds on preacher Roe will never get another dollar of mine. Whoever is in charge needs to get a handle on this

By far the worst McDonald's ive ever dealt with ive been to this location around 6 times in the last few months and every time the food is either made wrong or takes forever and is still made wrong. Ive worked at a McDonald's in the past and i understand being busy and making a mistake here and there on the burgers that have items taken off but to screw up every single time is sad. This location either should get new management or should just close down.

I had a mobile order for curbside pickup, do not reccommend. I waited for over 15 minutes for my order.
Weirdest store layout I've ever seen. It feels very boxed in, you can't see the people making your food, the worker I could see was constantly touching his face and hair and then handling people's food...Gross. I don't usually expect alot from McDonald's but their is some obvious food safety and sanitation practices that are obviously not being practiced here. I'll never be back
