I recently visited the Ruby Tuesday in West Plains MO. Our server, Madison, was great. Nice atmosphere, and clean. I ordered the Honey Glazed Salmon Salad Bowl, which was pictured on the menu and described as being mixed greens with edamame, corn, beans, etc and a vinaigrette dressing. My salad was mostly iceberg lettuce and the dressing, very little of the other toppings. The dressing had a great flavor, and the salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly, but the actual salad part was very disappointing. It would have been much better had it been fresh mixed greens and more of the toppings. All the other orders at my table were good.

Steak wrong both times, potato still raw in middle, chicken parm was so salty I chocked on it and it had a cream sauce instead of the marinara ordered. The salad bar had either really wierd ham or it was chopped bologna as the only protein option besides the peas and imitation bacon bits with hot plates at the bar? Like under a heat lamp. We felt bad for the waitress honestly.

My family of 5 was seated and told a waitress would be over to get our drinks. We sat there for 12 mins. Two other couples came in long after us and was served drinks and got there order in and we still didn’t get any service. After 12 mins we left

I had a fantastic experience at Ruby Tuesday! The food was consistently delicious, with each dish cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Service was friendly and attentive without ever being overbearing. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. Definitely a place that delivers on both quality and experience– highly recommend!

My son's was being super picky for their drink and she brought a 12 juice sampler for them. Melinda was nice engaged caring and just the perfect example of customer service. Stopped by for the annual Veterans Day free meal. There's only two very small burger choices and the additional salad bar. You only have to pay for the drink. I like the atmosphere and my late wife and I always meant to come here, but she passed away before we could. We like the old, dark wood interior design, reminds me of an old world tavern. The service was good, and friendly. The burger was 'smallish' as restaurant burgers go; I've seen much bigger. For the salad bar, I just had some pasta salad and potato salad and some beets. Everything was fine.
