The place was rundown, service was way slow, yes we were seated quickly but to order, and even the knowledge of the condition of the salad bar was lacking, the salad in the salad bar was all brown, not very many options even low cal options on the salad bar. When ordered our meal, was told a side salad was not an option, only the nasty salad bar. The burger was very fatty and felt nauseous after only a quarter of it. Once ordered and server left took a our 45min to get our order. During that time no one checked it we needed anything or an explanation as to why it was taken so long, oh I forgot to mention there was only 4 other group/couples that was there including us.

I placed an online order and when I arrived she said I'll be right out with it. When she brought the food she was nice but I had to wait 10 minutes for it so I figured it would be fresh the fries were cold and the steak was barely warm. I ordered medium rare and got well. There were no utensils in the bag and I will not be coming back.

The Truth
They were out of both items I ordered. On my third try, I asked about the salmon and was told I could not get a filet but a pre shredded option. I asked for a mojito, which was on the drink menu, and they didn't have mint. Finally, I resorted to water and an 'edible' salad bar. It filled the void. I won't be back.
It was a Saturday evening, restaurant was busy. I sat at the bar since I was only a party of one. I was never served or acknowledged. I left after 20 min.

The service was horrible, we were sat down and no one came to wait on us for like 20 minutes, I had to get up and ask for service. They got our one soda order wrong. The steaks were frozen. On a Saturday night. The food isn't great. I could make the same food in my air fryer at home

Don't, just don't do it. The cook needs to be fired! Food that is supposed to be deep fried, needs to be left in the deep fryer more than a minute or two. Hubby ordered the fish and shrimp with fries. NONE OF IT WAS COOKED PROPERLY! He was able to eat one maybe 2 bites and the same with the shrimp and fries. Didn't eat the rest of it and was already feeling sick (he has a fast system). I ate 2 of his shrimp and wasn't feeling well by the time we got home. I had a burger and I was lucky to get ½ of it down before the bun was soaked with grease. My fries were unedible as well. Bottom line is the fish was undercooked and rubbery. The entire meal was undercooked. Didn't sent it back, heard too many horror stories of what people do to food when it gets sent back.

Do not recommend.... Ordered stuffed mushrooms came out cold cold had to send back and waitress never brought a plate to eat them on, she took forever to take our order, the grilled chicken carbonara tasted like fish, the Cajun chicken pasta was tasteless except for the pepper I added and both plates needed more sauce and they came out room temp. Horrible
