Everyone through whole experience was excellent. The doctors, nurses, technicians and support personal were all very intelligent, very kind and explanced all procedures very well. I am so thankful I live close to O M C.

My grandfather came in and was having delusions, had pneumonia and a bunch of fluid on his lungs. They did not test to see if he was septic at any point while he was there and he ended up having septic shock from the infection in his bloodstream. They then told me there was no reason they could admit him. We had to then have him taken to a different hospital by ambulance the next day to find out he had been septic and a whole list of things that were wrong. I would not recommend this hospital. In the past there were somewhat helpful. There are some good people in this hospital but not all of them.

They definitely like to prove why they are rated the 2nd worst hospital in Missouri. They check you in and make you wait forever and just don’t seem to care if you’re in pain or not feeling good. I honestly believe a patient could come in here with serious issues needing to be seen immediately and they would ignore them and let them pass in the waiting area. Definitely going to just make the drive to Springfield from now on to go to a hospital/er.

I first want to say how professional the nurses were n polite n caring.. when the nurses were getting me ready for my procedure they were calm n helped me to be calm. They seemed happy n laugh when telling me different stories helping me to get things off my mind.. I would give all the staff I dealt with five stars n thank u for your work n what u do..

Excellent surgical expertise from Dr. Piatt. In fact, his entire staff is friendly and professional. Post-surgical interaction and information is very good, and my stay in the hospital in an overfill bed in the OB unit was excellent too.

Nursing staff is great and seemed genuinely concerned with my wellbeing. Spent 2 nights in the CSU with Emily and Flo taking great care of me.. Both were knowledgeable and very helpful explaining what was going on with my case and what to expect. They made a bad situation for me comfortable and rather pleasant in spite of the uncomfortable and invasive procedure I had to endure. Everyone I met, from the housekeeping staff to the surgeon was pleasant and kind.
It was inside the hospital wish maps had that little piece of info cause it was hard to find once we did it was great!

We have now been sitting in the ER waiting room for 3-1/2 hours. My husband came here under his cardiologist’s direction. They did an ekg, the over 2 hours later drew blood. Now it’s been another 1-1/2 hours and we’re still waiting. Because he’s a heart patient of a doctor at this clinic, he should have at least been on a heart monitor. There are other people here who have been here as long as we have. It’s beyond ridiculous.
