Order messed up so bad, even after 3 attempts to right it. We was wore out after a long day, so finally just settled for what we could get. I wonder what these kids would say if they received the same service when they went to a restaurant? Something to think about, gang!

I have been to several Steak’n Shakes. I have never in my life had food served to my table, and then immediately proceeded to walk to the counter to ask for a full refund, without ever trying a bite. The ONLY thing that was right out of 3 meals, 2 cups of chili and a shake, were the French fries. I completely understand getting something wrong on an order, but when literally everything is wrong, that’s completely unacceptable. For a little context. I didn’t realize that something as simple as a grilled cheese could be so completely confusing, that they would serve a hamburger in its place. Don’t even think about asking for cheese with the chili, or even to get what you asked for on your sandwiches.

Wow, I am blown away… I am originally from Californian and this very sweet, lady named Nakia W, took my order and gave it to me with a smile… I asked her if they pool their tips and she told me that she was able to keep her tips…. Most fast food restaurants don’t allow that so I was happy about that. Very so recommended

Guy taking order in drive through was very kind and helpful on every question. I added cheese fries to my order and they honestly blew me away! There was so many and very generous on the cheese! You have very good employees right now! Not even to mention them hooking my pups up with pup cups, they were so happy to eat those! Thank you so much

Sat I'm drive thru for a half hour, was zero cars in the parking lot and one car ahead of me, and then my burger was ruined because I asked for no onions and they gave me extra
Just driving thru Missouri and stumbled across this restaurant at the right time. Extremely friendly staff and the food was tasty. If you want a quick, satisfying bite on a great deal $ wise, this would be my go-to.
