Got drive thru and as someone who has tried Steak 'n' Shake in other areas such as Texas the was better in Texas not as greasy and the shakes were better but as a revisit after a while I had higher expectations for the Missouri location my fries were cold and chewy my burger was greasy

Poor service and the food was aweful..all 3 of my sandwiches were wrong..The poor cashier kept apologizing and offered free shakes because I had to go all the way back and the manager cut him off...I didn't get anything but a refund of 1 burger...took the burgers home to cold fries...we got double bacon cheeseburgers...couldn't taste the bacon because it was minimal and couldn't taste any meat!! I basically received new sandwiches that were flat pieces of crusted grill grease! Disgusting!!! I will never go o Steak N Shake West Plains again!!!
