Gave us the wrong food at first, took like 10 minutes to even take our order. The food was awful, especially the chili! Lebanon, MO has the best Steak 'n Shake by far. This one is definitely franchise owned because it definitely does not taste like actual Steak n Shake! And I'm pretty sure the guy who took our order was high on weed or something. Definitely will not be coming here ever again! 👎

Stood at the register for 3 to 5 minutes waiting for ALL 3 staff to come from back to finally take our order. Once the 3 of them came out one of coughing and you could clearly smell weed. After serving our food we waited another 5 minutes to ask if we were getting our milk shakes. Responded with a haha knew I was forgetting something! While eating all 3 staff disappeared again for a very long time to the back. 2 people came in stood at the register and finally left.

Order messed up so bad, even after 3 attempts to right it. We was wore out after a long day, so finally just settled for what we could get. I wonder what these kids would say if they received the same service when they went to a restaurant? Something to think about, gang!

I have been to several Steak’n Shakes. I have never in my life had food served to my table, and then immediately proceeded to walk to the counter to ask for a full refund, without ever trying a bite. The ONLY thing that was right out of 3 meals, 2 cups of chili and a shake, were the French fries. I completely understand getting something wrong on an order, but when literally everything is wrong, that’s completely unacceptable. For a little context. I didn’t realize that something as simple as a grilled cheese could be so completely confusing, that they would serve a hamburger in its place. Don’t even think about asking for cheese with the chili, or even to get what you asked for on your sandwiches.

Wow, I am blown away… I am originally from Californian and this very sweet, lady named Nakia W, took my order and gave it to me with a smile… I asked her if they pool their tips and she told me that she was able to keep her tips…. Most fast food restaurants don’t allow that so I was happy about that. Very so recommended
