It's Steak 'n Shake. You either love it, or you are wrong! Seriously though, this is a newer location that is very busy and the crew is still learning the ropes. The service isn't up to the level of more established locations, but they are trying hard and will get there in time.Update: Well, it's been several years since this location opened and it's only gotten worse rather than better. The "pandemic" was their excuse to to really go downhill and not recover. No table service and a "don't care" attitude is what stands out at this location. If they had any corporate training in the preparation of Steak 'n Shake signature dishes, it doesn't show. They even lie about the signature Steak 'n Shake mustard relish as being unavailable. Seriously, if you don't respect a franchise, DON'T ATTEMPT TO HALF-HEARTEDLY RUN ONE!

Butter steak burger is perfect! I was sad about the mushroom and swiss burger being discontinued, but ya'll have redeemed yourselves with the butter burger- in my opinion.
