There sign says their open til 10 on Friday but when I stopped their was two young boys in there cleaning, but the doors were locked. I got there at 9:05 p.m. CHANGE YOUR SIGNS IF YOUR NOT GOING TO BE OPENED

Good food but getting expensive compared to other quick service restaurants.

Update: Ordered a meal online - sandwich, drink and chips - and went to pick it up. Had an employee bring out a bag of cookies. I told her that, no, I had ordered a meal. She went back inside and an older woman came out and wanted to see my receipt. I told her I didn't have my receipt because my order hadn't been brought out to me yet. She went back in and came back out WITH THE SAME BAG OF COOKIES. I told her that I had NOT ordered cookies, I had ordered a meal. She told me that I had ordered cookies. She headed back for the door and I hollered at her to just cancel the order. I told her I'd go some place where I could get what I ordered. I was told by a company rep that all the employees see is first name and last initial and, apparently, someone with my first name and last initial had ordered cookies. What bothered me was the fact that this woman actually tried to force me to take something I hadn't ordered and refused to accept that I had ordered a meal. I should know what I bought. Don't know if this is still the situation there but I'll go to the Subway in Southern Hills (near where Ashleigh Furniture is) before I'll EVER set foot in the one on Missouri Ave.

I wish they would care about there work, I order 2 sandwiches one was a BMT it had 2 pieces of meat no tomatoes and they heated the sandwiche with lettuce. Who does that.

Something is always messed up with my order when I go thru drive-thru. Either it's messed up or a completely wrong sandwich. It can't be that hard to read a order and make a simple sandwich..

don't need to feel guilty over trying to get food for myself. when this guy's been outside all day. Begging for food and as you can clearly see. He has food behind him and he's still beging. But the store does nothing about it. Talk to people inside apparently this is a daily occurrence

They got rid of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE sandwich...the Seafood!! Me and my friends and family are starting to wonder just exactly what is going on with that place! The service has turned south and on top of that....took my favorite sandwich away! Totally ruined Subway for me!! Do us a favor? Completely shut BOTH stores down and don't re-open until you have all your problems fixed! And bring back Seafood for my sandwich PLEASE!!?

I can NOT tell you how many times that I have called this Subway on Missouri Ave. West Plains, and they REFUSE to answer the phone even when it is not the lunch hour rush. Today, I called 42 times and they would NOT answer my call. I had a rather large order to place and had to "just forget it." They are also incredibly overpriced. I have HAD IT WITH THESE PEOPLE! New management is in order or someone needs to be fired. Disgusting!

Ridiculous wait in the drive through with only one other vehicle in front of us. No one would answer the phone. Finally sent my son inside to get the order, and 10 minutes later he still does not have it.

Placed online order - went in to check and was asked my name and then was told by an employee named Cassi that it was being worked on. Went to my car and waited until I was notified on the app that our order was ready. Went inside and it was not ready. When I asked how much longer it would be a blonde girl pointed to her back counter and asked if I could see the number of tickets she was working on. Cassi went to the back and came back saying someone back there was working on it and it was almost done and that the app will automatically say food is ready when it isn't. They were out of an item I ordered, no one working in the store could refund it. Upon leaving, I tried explaining that it would be far less stressful on everyone if they were clear that they had extensive wait times - I could have gone and done something else rather than wait for a half hour for 3 six inch subs. Management needs to do better with supporting these kids that are working - especially if there is a precedent of high online order volumes on weekends. There were ladies who had walked in ahead of me to order that had just gotten to having their meal made as I was leaving. They easily waited 30 minutes. The staff working - while obviously being shorthanded/under or poorly trained/overwhelmed needs some tips on how to deal with the people they are serving. It was not a great experience.
