I ran into this subway while a woman named Jackalyn was working and she was the most kind and helpful worker i’ve ever ran into anywhere i highly suggest coming to this subway you will 100 percent have an amazing experience and not be disappointed. Jackalyn hands down really deserves a raise

The lady there just don't care bout there job was in the middle of making my sandwich and she just stopped and wrapped it up, didn't tell her I was done with it. So I didn't even get the sandwich, I wanted drove all the way to West Plains to get it. Just whatever guess I i won't be eating there again.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Unfriendly employees, nasty dirty interior, and poorly made sandwiches. Continued to be open when they were renovating and the construction dust if flying around in the air and getting all over the food. Nasty!

This subway sucks. It used to be okay, but it has really gone down hill. I’ll only come here if the porter Wagner location is closed. The people working there aren’t friendly and the staff is always rotating out, so if there is a nice person, they’re usually gone by the time you come back.

Asked the person checking us out to make our sandwiches meals multiple times still rang it up as just sandwiches. Had to go back up and buy chips and drinks separately. Had an elderly man come through the line after us who had a hard time understanding a coupon he had. When he left the store the employees loudly talked bad about him and made fun of him for not understanding.Staff left all guests alone in dining room and could be heard in back goofing off. Completely unprofessional. I understand it's fast food, but that doesn't mean the staff have to be disrespectful to customers.
Training was going on while I was at this location, so that's probably definitely the issue... But, I had a very small amount of steak on my steak & cheese footlong. I get the meat and cheese heated, not the bread. Got down the road and it was actually cold. Boo. Friendly service though. I also never understand the tipping situation.

The flat bread is now a tortilla wrap, and the regular bread has shrunk to a distance resemblance of itself in pastime. The prices have gone up, and the quality and portions have gone down. They have the audacity to receive tips at the register during checkout. What happened to Subway???
