We order our food got it and was missing half the order went in asked for the rest they made us go get the bag they looked through it and put the rest in after calling us liars and still didn't get everything writer and when we called them about it and asked for a manager the woman hung the phone up this toco bell needs a better night shift

Ordered a simple order, 2 7 dollar boxes and 2 grilled cheese burritos with nacho fries. Only a few people in the lobby and about 5 cars in the dive thru when we ordered. The man behind us ordered almost the same order as us and received his long before we did. We waited 51 minutes for our food. There was 4 workers and all they could say was we don't know when your food will be done. Should have atleast gotten a free drink it was ridiculous the wait.

When the munchies kick in, I'm stoked that taco bell is open. Almost always. Why they don't serve breakfast is a mystery. So is whatever they use as meat. But it's something to put in my mouth. I'm never going back to prison. This time, I mean it.

Not nice service they are rude and always messes up my Oder or have stall tacos this Taco Bell is going down hill food is always sloppy and that is why there is two in west plains and the one over by Wendy’s is way better and the other Taco Bell it has nice services I would recommend going to the other one not the one by Walmart

The portions vary from visit to visit. Today my hard taco had maybe a little less then a teaspoon of meat and 4 times the cheese. Lol The employees at the window have always been kind and drive-thru moves quick. I've never been inside.
Drivethrough people are top notch with service. Car full of kids and was patient and amazing.
