When i pulled to the COD, i wasn’t greeted or anything. The person on headset just abruptly said “ORDER” and then when i was about to say something they smarted off “are you gonna just look at the screen or order something”. Of course i was upset any other person would be too. But not only did they treat me like that during my order but when i got to window they wouldn't look at me or say anything besides my total and the amount i got back. Not only was it extremely rude but the next time i go back if i have the same experience i’ll be speaking the GM or supervisor. This isn’t the only time i’ve had a bad experience, this is probably the 4th time the employees have been down right hateful and interrupting me every other word. I am the nicest customer and most understanding when i go to any restaurant because i am a manager and understand customer service. I wish my experience was better and when i called the manager they were helpful but i just hope something will change. The tacobell by walmart has more the exceptional customer server ice and is always friendly. Might have to stick with them across town. Not do they get complaints NIGHTLY and have extremely bad reviews but have shown no behavior in fixing it. Night crew has the worst attitude and matter of fact don’t deserve anyone’s business! Management needs to get this under control before they get shut down. Genuinely don’t understand how an establishment can’t act like this or allow employees to act like this. They’re lucky none of my food was missing! Would have came back around real quick with more than just a complaint about missing food. Dear owners PLEASE get this store together!!!!! You realize your store doesn’t even deserve ONE star.
Chalupa breading was hard as a board in quesadilla that was ordered was not even cut. Most of what was inside the chalupa was sour cream and lettuce.

Me and my girlfriend went out to taco bell for dinner expecting to have great meal, soon after we ordered they locked the door and told us we can’t dine in and told us we had to go to the car, while we were waiting for our order my girlfriend told me she was going to go wash her hands which she did, we waited for about 12 minutes finally got are food and we went and ate in the car. Almost immediately after we got to the car a male employee knocked on our window accusing my girlfriend of clogging the toilet with toilet paper. She was dumbfounded and tried to explain that it was already clogged and that she was washing her hands. he said “that’s so disrespectful” and walked away. We thought that was the end of it but he came back out and started having a power trip saying “I have the power to ban you from this establishment” and so on. So if you don’t want gross lackluster stale food or to be harassed by an employee I highly advice not eating here.

Tacos are half empty, items with visible toppings look like they were applied by slinging them across the room. I'm not sure if it's the workers or management at fault. Maybe get rid of both...

Big shout out to the team working today. Our food was perfect. This is the first time our order has been right at any drive thru we have been to in ages. We live 25 miles away and we don't eat in the car so it's really disappointing to get home and be missing stuff or have our orders wrong and we really appreciated getting home and having everything we ordered and everything be correct on the special request. Way to go!!! Thanks so much!!

It was pretty decent, I actually liked the tacos quite a bit, I just struggled using the only digital portion. I was kind of hoping there was still an option to order the old fashioned way.
Friendly staff but a bit incompetent. It took three trips to the counter to get all of our food. 3/6 meals still wrong but not worth the time to try and straighten it out further. Staff was friendly all throughout the process! We were there at 7:30pm on a Sunday. I assume the lack of management on may have contributed. I gathered this by the yelling and language observed while we were eating.

This is my comfort food! However, when you order drive-thru, make sure you check your order to be sure you have everything and that it's all the correct items.
None of my food had nacho cheese sauce, didn't say a word that they'd ran out and gave it to me anyways, food is usually stale tortillas and poorly proportioned
