I’ve now had 4-5 bad experiences at this Taco Bell. It used to be my favorite, but the last 4 times I’ve gone here, whether dine in or drive through, my order has been incorrect. What I’ve noticed more though is the impolite, rude workers. They are condescending, blunt, and act as if they are annoyed I ordered food there. The quality at this Taco Bell has been declining for a few months now.

When i pulled to the COD, i wasn’t greeted or anything. The person on headset just abruptly said “ORDER” and then when i was about to say something they smarted off “are you gonna just look at the screen or order something”. Of course i was upset any other person would be too. But not only did they treat me like that during my order but when i got to window they wouldn't look at me or say anything besides my total and the amount i got back. Not only was it extremely rude but the next time i go back if i have the same experience i’ll be speaking the GM or supervisor. This isn’t the only time i’ve had a bad experience, this is probably the 4th time the employees have been down right hateful and interrupting me every other word. I am the nicest customer and most understanding when i go to any restaurant because i am a manager and understand customer service. I wish my experience was better and when i called the manager they were helpful but i just hope something will change. The tacobell by walmart has more the exceptional customer server ice and is always friendly. Might have to stick with them across town. Not do they get complaints NIGHTLY and have extremely bad reviews but have shown no behavior in fixing it. Night crew has the worst attitude and matter of fact don’t deserve anyone’s business! Management needs to get this under control before they get shut down. Genuinely don’t understand how an establishment can’t act like this or allow employees to act like this. They’re lucky none of my food was missing! Would have came back around real quick with more than just a complaint about missing food. Dear owners PLEASE get this store together!!!!! You realize your store doesn’t even deserve ONE star.
