I met my girlfriends this morning at this adorable restaurant for coffee and breakfast. It was a fantastic experience!! The coffee was yummy and my veggie bowl with eggs was delicious!! The girls had breakfast burritos and everything was out quickly. The service was awesome, very friendly, and they allowed us to enjoy conversations checking on us often. We will be back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

greeting was cant do to go order or anything from kitchen for at least 45 minutes. no specials when adjed, yet later waiting saw board with 3. asked for silverware, napkins at order, young man didn't follow through it would seem. i asked before taking to car

Hayley! I wish you were open more days because I LOVE your food :) Yes, her hours and days are limited but if you are in Weston when she is open you MUST go! This trip my son had the breakfast burrito and I had the veggie breakfast bowl. My son said his burrito was great! It is not served with salsa and is dry without it so order a side of salsa if you get this. I ordered the breakfast veggie bowl that had quinoa and lots of fresh veggies in it along with scrambled eggs on top. What put it over the top was the basil aioli! OMgoodness!!!! Sooooooo good! (If possible, order more aioli. It is unbelievably yummy) Hands down the best breakfast place in Weston. (I think they have the best coffee in town too :) )

I took a trip to Missouri and googled a breakfast/lunch spot, where I found Hayley’s. It’s locally owned with an extremely friendly staff. Not only was the atmosphere great, but the food was amazing and made to order. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a great place for breakfast or lunch.

Loved this wonderful Farm to the Table spot! Fresh food, great flavors and some great non traditional menu items! I had some properly seasoned potatoes with my chicken, hummus and asparagus wrap with a side of jalapeño aoli!!! Delicious 😋 My husband had the traditional breakfast plate which he loved! My girls had the giant French toast, they decided to order from adult menu and whoa and they were pleasantly satisfied! The Latte's had a perfect flavorful balance!

can not say enough good things about hayley’s!!! the quality of the food is amazing with generous portions. we can tell she uses quality ingredients as we don’t feel bad after eating like you do at some restaurants and feel comfortable feeding our toddler here as well. she even remembered my gluten intolerance while preparing our breakfast this morning! 🥺 friendly staff and customers as well! best breakfast experience, hands down!
