I am OBSESSED with their sandwiches. The pastrami is full of flavor and the juiciest sandwich I’ve ever had. It’s a dream. The mortadella and German bologna, OH MY GOD. Literally melt in your mouth. The owners always go above and beyond in not just the food they provide, but the whole experience. Their selection of olive oils and tinned fish are out of this world. This place is just amazing and we are lucky to have them so close to home.

We reserved a larger table a Noah's Cupboard to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. We chose a four-course meal with the chef ahead of time and the process was so smooth.When we arrived, we had the whole bottom level to ourselves! Our servers were very knowledgeable and personable. They were just the right level of attentive and friendly. They even filled us in on the history of the historic (and haunted!) building.The dinner itself was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely some of the best we'd ever had. Each dish was hand crafted from scratch right before serving and everything was farm fresh and locally grown when possible.We started with the butternut squash soup with local apples, chai-spiced house made marshmallow, and toasted walnuts. Second course was the SUPER fresh bowtie pasta in bechamel sauce with pork sausage. Main course was the beef short ribs with potato gratin and carrot top pesto. Dessert was the AMAZING sticky toffee pudding with bourbon toffee sauce and the thickest, creamiest, homemade whipped cream ever.I could have died happy right then. Everything was absurdly good. I will be back, as soon as possible.

We chose NC due to a review I read about the best KC had to offer for dinning. I wanted to take my partner somewhere special and different for her late bday dinner. That's exactally what we got! We were greeted by name at the door and got our first look at the space. It was small but inviting never feeling crowded. The kitchen is exposed which allows you to see nick create his art. Make no mistake, he creates art, very delishious art. We chose the 4 course and we're not the least bit disappointed! At one point in the meal my partner stated, I have had one perfect bite of food, this is another. Both our meals were what we were hoping for. The desserts were a great send off to an amazing meal. We are looking forward to going back and bring friends! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Make a reservation a couple of months in advance and you won’t be disappointed. Small restaurant with 4 tables, very intimate. Local sourcing, multiple courses, and each course is explained by the knowledgeable hosts - but totally unpretentious. Absolutely fantastic.
Walked in and simply asked if I could place take out and the server looked at me like a crazy man, was hoping to make a reservation for dinner but will not be returning.
