Great experience with Pirtle Winery. My original order was damaged before delivery, but they reached out right away and sent a replacement with no hassle. The new order arrived super fast, and the handwritten apology note was a really nice touch. Awesome customer service and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

We were really disappointed with our experience here. This winery was the last stop on our wine tour, and instead of being welcomed, our group was refused service under the claim that we were “too intoxicated.” We had responsibly enjoyed the day, pacing ourselves and following the rules at every other stop without issue. In fact, we were served without a problem both before and after visiting this winery, which makes it very clear that their refusal was unnecessary and unfair.
If this winery participates in wine tours, they should be prepared to accommodate guests who have been tasting throughout the day. Unfortunately, the lack of hospitality and poor customer service means we won’t be returning or recommending it to others.
