To find a pizza place in a rural area that carries a gluten-free cauliflower crust is so nice, and I appreciate that this little diamond in the rough thinks of the needs of those who cannot have gluten in their diets. I don't have any negative remarks to share because the pizzas we have ordered have always been delicious, and the staff has always been courteous and professional.
