Absolutely wonderful! The cocktails were unique and delicious and everything we ordered was fabulous. I will be coming back for the burrata appetizer alone. And the dessert, oh my, is made by an in-house bakery. The service was very personal, knowledgeable, and friendly. The patio makes for a wonderful atmosphere. Very happy to have a place like this close to home and I can’t wait to try their brunch menu!

Everything was wonderful. The spinach artichoke dip was by far the best we've ever had. My salmon was delicious and my husband really enjoyed the cheesy steak burger with homemade chips. I also loved that they have non-alcoholic cocktails. My spicy pi-nope-ple margarita was so good! Service and price were also great. We will definitely be back soon!

This restaurant was a stop on of restaurants associated with James Beard finalists/competitors. The short of it is that, Botanica is not on par with any of the other James Beard associated establishments in St. Louis or beyond. Everything about this place is unrefined. The two high points were beautiful cocktails (unsure of taste) and a delicious stuffed mushroom appetizer (interestingly served on a plate size not in proportion with the serving size; the taste hit right nonetheless). The high points pale in comparison to the poor service and overall lack of pride or attention to important details at Botanica. The subpar quality was evident from the moment I walked in the door. From the cavalier waiter who described their special as “halibut or something” to luke warm mussels that were extremely gritty and dirty to the incoherent aesthetic/layout.I recommend trying Tempus or Vicia if you’re looking for a well cooked, full flavored meal, in a tasteful environment. If you’re just looking for a meal near the Wildwood/Chesterfield area at a price point similar to Botanica, try the chain Cooper’s Hawk or literally anything else.I was expecting a nice dinner out and got an amateurish restaurant that just isn’t ready. I’ve never done this before, but I ended my Botanica visit after appetizers and set out for a meal elsewhere.Update: As is evident by the business’ reply below, they also don’t care about customer experiences at Botanica. It’s nearly humorous how awful this place handles everything. ?

Amazing! We sampled brussels, pizza and pasta and they were all amazing! I love that they have a great, yet affordable wine list including Bonanza (Caymus) along with an array of options. The service was incredible, too! You could feel the passion.

Love this Place! We are thrilled to have such a great restaurant so close to our house. We have been at least 6 times since they opened and it just keeps getting better and better. We are still trying new things so I don't have any favorite dishes or drinks yet, but we have never had a bad thing. Great service, Great food, Great drinks, and Great atmosphere. Caleb and the whole team at Botanica will definitely take care of you.

Sweet potato pizza is an epic fail invention, I taste steamed potato slices without any seasoning, some mild taste cheese, and a few tiny pieces of pecan candy. As you can see from the photo, it doesn’t look appetizing and it doesn’t taste good either, very dry and has no flavor profile. The broccolini and Brussels sprouts on the beef dish are burned outside but the vegetables are still very very raw. I felt this is a very unforgivable mistake for a $31 dish.Chicken is the only dish that turns out ok tonight. The lady who brought our food to our table didn’t care which dish to who, set one of the dishes on one of our sliver ware without notice, didn't say anything, and walked away.We wonder why this is one of the restaurants that get nominated for James Beard Award.

Celebrating 31 years of marriage with a nice dinner at botanica! First visit and overall a very nice meal...the drinks were fantastic and the wedge salad may have been the best dish of the night. I had the lamb tagliatelle which was good, albeit slightly under seasoned. Wifey had the gnocchi, which was very good. Both entrees were healthy sized meals. Capped off the dinner with tiramisu! It would be nice to have a few more pasta and entree selections...

Love Botanica. Food has been consistently good. The one disappointment was the skimpy wine pour. Usually we order a bottle of wine. But my group chose to each have a different wine. We each ordered a glass. It was truly such a small amount (3-4 ounces )that we mentioned it to the wait staff. Was told it was a 5 ounce pour. No way! Disappointing!

So excited to have a place like this in Wildwood! Great atmosphere, incredible cocktails, lovely and friendly staff and delicious food. We have been multiple times now and always have great service and food. We threw a private event here as well and it was one of our very best yet. Ryan Chris and Caleb took great care of our staff and delivered on all fronts! highly recommend!

Great atmosphere, fantastic and creative food, interesting and delicious cocktails. Loved it! Cannot wait to go sit on that beautiful patio when the weather is nice! Wildwood really needed a trendy upscale spot like this, I’m happy it’s there!

Amazing food and wonderful service. Everything we tried was delicious and our server had great suggestions. Our favorites were the brussels sprouts and the hazelnut budino, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Will definitely be back!

We made reservations online and they were ready for us when we came in. The Main space is very open so it was kind of loud from table chatter after 6:00. This is a big space if have a large party they would be able to accommodate. The Linguine is the pasta pictured and it was full of flavor. The margherita pizza was okay but I wasn't a fan of the crust and they didn't have any tomatoes to add to my pizza. They have great drinks and the crab appetizer is really good. I highly recommend this place and I cannot wait to go back to try more items on this menu. I wish I would have came when it was warm to sit on the patio.
