We haven't eaten at this restaurant in a few years because of an incident with cleanliness. Tonight we decided to give it another try after reading somewhere that there were new owners. It was not a great start because they stopped serving lo mein. Kind of odd for a Chinese place. After placing the order, it told us our food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. We waited an hour and our food wasn't even that hot. Eggrolls were mushy. Eggdrop soup tasted like it was made with old dirty water. Fried rice was just ok. One meal smelled so bad we immediately threw it in the trash outside to avoid the odor. 2 types of fried chicken were very dry. Everything fried had the same off taste to it. This restaurant will now be taken off of our list of options again. I wouldn't recommend this as an option. For anyone.

The only item that was worth eating was white rice. Hot & Sour Soup was not identifiable as hot & sour. The meals had no flavor, and they were suppose to be hot & spicy. Then we were missing egg roll & soup noodles. Very disappointing.

First time ever ordering chicken and broccoli and only received a box of broccoli. Not a single piece of chicken. On top of that, they didn’t even get our order right. For what we did receive, it was just ok. Last time going here.

Smells like smoke but putting that aside, I ordered a combo appetiser platter. Everything was burnt. The beef on a stick literally cracked off the stick when I picked it up and it was black. The fried wontons were dark brown. I was suppose to get two fried chicken wings but got 1 extremely small chicken wing cut into two pieces which were also burnt. When I called to complain, of course no one spoke English. They kept saying they would call me back. The old owners were great but I'm done with this place, they raised prices and really starting cutting corners.

The smell of stale cigarettes slaps you in the face when you walk in the door! Like it was 1970 and your parent's smoked inside the house. And btw you leave like smelling like stale cigarette smoke! It so bad! I ordered vegetable cashew chicken and the chicken was coated with corn starch. I ordered a lunch special and didn’t get the crab ragoon. But I also ordered spring rolls. They were not made fresh there and came frozen. I took 3 bites and threw all the food away!

I don’t know why people say the new owners don’t speak English. They do. Also they’re very polite. 5 stars all day. Just ate an egg roll. Absolutely delicious. Now I feel like a jerk because I started talking to them like they don’t speak English. They do!

I just placed a $330 order yesterday (New Year's Eve) for my extended family. The reviews I read were accurate. The inside has a faint cigarette smell. None of the employees speak English. But it was very clean. I placed my order over the phone and when we got back to the house none of the 20+ orders were missing or wrong. The General Tso shrimp had big shrimps in the breading. We'll be using this place again for our big order next year!
Came in for take out- food is great and the price is right! Probably wouldnt eat in, it smelled strongly of cigarettes

Since the new ownership, things have taken a turn for the worst. The estimated wait of 15 minutes turned into an hour. The quality of the food was 2/3 what it used to be. Unfortunately, I will have to find an alternative. I've been going to the same place for over a decade and I suppose a change is forced now.
