Brian the GM has the worst attitude that I have ever delt with. Either he needs to find another job or understand customer service.

I have only had positive experiences here and will continue to order here often. I feel like the staff does a great job with handling the store and the customers needs. Our family has been here many times and the staff is always quick to help or assist in anything we need.

Nice place to meet or just hang out to wait on a repair.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and they were out of so many things. No greens for sandwiches, no smoothies, no fruit. Tables are often dirty. Disappointing as there are few restaurants in this area.

No mocha frappes anymore. They were out of croissants in the morning. Too bad.
The food is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it tastes like it's a day old. Some of the employees are very abrasive.
Something is always wrong with my order. 3/4 times I've been here in the last year something has been wrong

I am beyond frustrated with this location. They are extremely slow, prioritize online and delivery orders over customers in their restaurant. There is never anyone taking orders you have to use the kiosk to order. I just wanted 15 minutes for a bagel and a muffin. When I raised complaints got just well we have a lot of orders. Do better, if you don’t have enough employees to keep up with online demand. Turn it off. Also there were several employees not doing anything during this time. I try not to go to this location.

A nice place for truck enthusiasts to go to sit and watch trucks along with their lunch. When businesses along bus routes don't do their fair share by posting transit service, how are any places of employment going to get great talent if the applicant can't drive? This place is served by MetroBus route 57 and Call-a-Ride.
Avocado egg sandwich was very skimpy with both the egg and avocado.

went through drive through. did not let me know that they were out of what I ordered and just decided to give me another sandwich without asking me. never coming back
Normally not a complainer but the ownership and/or management needs to fix this restaurant. Multiple incorrect orders, slow service, cold coffee, all the things that should not be happening on a Sunday morning.
I will no longer go to this location. I'm tired of paying a lot of money for smoothies that aren't filled up all of the way or the orders are wrong. Any time I have the food delivered, it's always delayed. People are stealing food from the pick up area and the workers are oblivious.
They don't carry anything that you would want like others. You want coffee flavored go across the street to Starbucks. Same as food. They have nothing!
I ordered ahead for pick-up in the cafe. I ordered a large fountain drink and a chibata egg, ham, and cheese sandwich but substituted an Asiago bagel and added mayonnaise. My order was ready when I walked to the counter but I had to wait to get my cup for my drink. I waited for a couple minutes before being handed a cup for a large coffee. No big deal, I thought. So I took the coffee and went to my work where I found there was no ham or mayo on my breakfast sandwich. Or if there was mayo there was the tiniest smear of mayo. I am not impressed and will be driving a bit further to Einstein’s for my breakfast sandwich needs.
