Pretty measly servings for a failing company. The management asked how they could make it right I provided an achievable suggestion and they ended the call. Rather rude. This company doesn't provide volume listings for their group soups on their website and then gaslights you about the serving size that they gave you.

Just went through the drive through, ordered 1/2 of a chicken bacon rancher. Wasn’t asked what I wanted for a side, wasn’t asked if I was a rewards member. Not only was it very slow but when I got home there was nothing on my sandwich but chicken & very burnt bacon!

Not planning to eat at Panera but my options were limited today. Ordered from the app. First I got the wrong sandwich. Plus it was tiny like 4 inches. The separate bagel I ordered was supposed to be unsliced. It wasn’t. It was also overcooked and tasted awful and it was not bagel shaped. More like a ball. I’ve been disappointed by Panera before but this was the worst. Go anywhere else.

The manager here, Brian is extremely rude and has no customer service to speak of. I was not given any opportunity to explain a situation I had this morning that prevented me from picking up my order. He was curt and said they would never “eat the cost” of an order that couldn’t be picked up. Mind you this was a $7 order. When I tried to explain further that I had been in a car accident, I was hung up on. I recieved no assistance with this unfortunate situation from him or this location and had to take this to corporate for a refund. There is a reason this location has such negative reviews and several mention the manager’s attitude.

Slowest service ever. I come back ever so often giving them the benefit of the doubt. I swear I wait in their drive through longer and longer each time with zero apology or awareness for having their customers spend 20-30 minutes in their drive through. Unreal.

I have only had positive experiences here and will continue to order here often. I feel like the staff does a great job with handling the store and the customers needs. Our family has been here many times and the staff is always quick to help or assist in anything we need.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and they were out of so many things. No greens for sandwiches, no smoothies, no fruit. Tables are often dirty. Disappointing as there are few restaurants in this area.

The food is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it tastes like it's a day old. Some of the employees are very abrasive.

I am beyond frustrated with this location. They are extremely slow, prioritize online and delivery orders over customers in their restaurant. There is never anyone taking orders you have to use the kiosk to order. I just wanted 15 minutes for a bagel and a muffin. When I raised complaints got just well we have a lot of orders. Do better, if you don’t have enough employees to keep up with online demand. Turn it off. Also there were several employees not doing anything during this time. I try not to go to this location.
