Nice place, nice people but there is loads of junk right when you walk in the door, and it's placed in such a way that it's awkward when you need to get to the condiment counter. There's not a lot of room there to begin with and with the boxes there's a one person wide "hallway" to access. Couldn't imagine how someone in a wheelchair could navigate that.

inb4 we just got a shipment: there are ~10 people working. Pull one and have them take the boxes into the back room.

Focus on your customers inside some. My wife shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee while you serve 30 cars in the drive through.

The workers messed up our order and then didn’t give us what we asked for, Carmel all over the outside of the food rapper, and one of the girl workers was acting rude and bothered. NOT TO MENTION… there was a hair in the cheese on our sandwich. Not the kind of service I expect when I’m paying 20$ for a sandwich and drink. This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. Never had a bad experience at Starbucks until now usually the workers are super nice and helpful, maybe just not at this location.

Some Starbucks still nail the experience! Even with 15 cars in the DT - mobile orders stacked and ready for pickup! You will get a warm welcome, fast service and and encouragement for the day! Walking out to see the moon like this! This day went from good to great!

Super quick in the drive through on a busy morning! The line looked long but didn’t take long at all, and my order was ready as soon as I got to the window. Great place to stop and don’t be afraid if there’s a line.

Service was ok. Was there on Thursday. I typically don't go to thos Starbucks. The guy taking my order was on his phone, instead of engaging me, until I asked him a question.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have a health condition that I’m not to informed on. But one thing I do know is that salt helps. Straight salt or salt on fries.

I got done with hot yoga and my hypoglycemia kicked in. Felt like I was literally going to pass out. Once class was over I rushed over to the drive through here at this Starbucks and just asked for salt packets. Only two! (My husband did all of this lol)

The guy at the window was so nice. He gave us four. He said here’s two for now and two for when you need some later! I don’t think he knew that what they were actually for but I immediately felt better.

Thank you so much again and you are an amazing person!

This is the BEST Starbucks. Service is awesome- they’re efficient, well staffed and know how to make good coffee drinks. I love trying their suggestions and they always remember my dog and I. To the point why ask where he is when I don’t have him! If you pull up and see 10 in line, you’ll still be out in around 5 minutes. They got it down pat!

Drive thru really pushes tipping and will actually ask why if you decide not to. To me that is the worst experience possible, tipping should never be expected and it appears this attitude is pushed by management to the point where servers feel it’s part of their expected salary.First time in weeks they got the order right so higher marks for product. Either pay them better or explain the nature of tipping, none of the other stores even force you to do that tipping screen on the scanner, it’s unavoidable here though.
