I came in to order at 8am and by 8:35 am I still did not have my cup of coffee. I asked the server for a refund which I received with a smile. I was late for work and without coffee.
Today I've had much better experience and kinder attitude from baristas. I really appreciate for making my matcha delicious and strong enough for me haha im so sorry for being such a pain but I think its fair to get a well prepaid matcha for the amount customer pay here. Thank you!
Nice place, nice people but there is loads of junk right when you walk in the door, and it's placed in such a way that it's awkward when you need to get to the condiment counter. There's not a lot of room there to begin with and with the boxes there's a one person wide "hallway" to access. Couldn't imagine how someone in a wheelchair could navigate that.
