Does this happen to anyone else? Nearly everytime I order something goes wrong. Asked for a Coney combo with the hot dog grilled. The Coney comes with chili. Didn't say no chili. Just grill the hot dog. Why did the chili get deleted?

I’m just posting this for others to see. I love the manager there. He is incredibly nice and trying with this place but we sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and finally pulled forward. When I asked the girl at the window if the speaker was broken because no one answered for so long, she told us that someone probably just didn’t answer it. How do you not answer it especially if very little people are there as is?? And note that barely anyone in there looked like they were doing...
