i used to order from playoffs all of the time. never ever had a bad experience. everyone was super nice and my order was always correct and good. i always get the buffalo chicken wrap with no tomato or onions, tater tots, and 2 cups of ranch. tonight i ordered the same thing i always do. first off i got 2 buffalo chicken strips on 2 pieces of bread. a handful of tater tots and no ranch. the lady on the phone was in a rush and was kinda snobby. it truly sucks that this happened...read full review
