“Good things about Chick-fil-A are they have very good and fast service. They make sure your food hot and ready make sure your order right and sauce in the bag and treat you with a lot of respect. They do not have they customers waiting over 7 minutes for they food it be in and out and it will be fresh every time.“

“Received an incorrect order but after driving home 15 minutes away I didn't have the energy to take it back. Just be sure to check your orders prior to leaving the restaurant especially in you don't live in Cleveland“

This is by far one of the best fast food experiences I've ever encountered.
A small miscommunication earlier in the day was no match for Trip and his LARGE knowledge of customer relations.
He and his staff were prompt,friendly and excel at their jobs.
I wish i could give them 10 stars.
Fast food workers should be sent to thi s store for training. KEEP IT UP GUYS. YALL ARE AWESOME“

“After visiting this place I suggest you to go elsewhere for this over priced dining. When entering the ragged parking lot, the girl at the entrance was to seat us. She was busy talking on her phone so we walked by. Then she hurried to seat us. The waitress came after she finished her phone texting. Ordered and saw our food sitting on the counter while she talked to another person then used her phone again all the time with her back to everyone. She delivered the food. Soup cold. As we ate a smiling girl about 12 came around asking if we needed anything serveral times. The waitress was so busy on her phone as well as the girl at the entrance to seat all. Finally after the 12 yr old helped us the waitress came with the bill. 30.25. So I put 40.25 on the tray. Later she came picked it up and retuend with a 10 bill. SHE EXPECTED US TO LEAVE HER THE 10. Her attitude was HORRILE. Then back to her phone. We will NEVER return here EVER Again. Owner hires people who have bad attitudes and EXPECT you to pay and tip for horrible service. Hire the 12 yr old.“
