The problem with McAllister's Cleveland is they are inconsistent. Sometimes the staff is friendly , sometimes not. I stopped ordering the Savana Chopped Salad because at this location the greens are too big and they don't offer you a knife. Then lets talk about the Cuban Sandwich. 3 weeks ago I ordered one and it was excellent. Reminiscent of South Florida. Last week I ordered one an it was inedible. Disappointing, especially since I drive from Greenville to eat there.
I ordered the McAllisters club it was horrible every time we have been there our orders have been wrong y’all got to do better then what yall doing because the food is awful we was in there 10/24/23 at 7:00 pm and there was a lot of orders wrong so it will be a long time before I go back my food was not worth $22
Received an incorrect order but after driving home 15 minutes away I didn't have the energy to take it back. Just be sure to check your orders prior to leaving the restaurant especially in you don't live in Cleveland
