We sat in drive thru line for more than 20 minutes. We pulled straight up to the ordering spot and from there to the window we sat for more than 20 minutes. People started driving off. Also the employee doing ice had his pants below his knees with his red underwear showing. I took a picture for proof.

Very slow. We waited 15-20 minutes. They didn't act like they were in a hurry. Fries are dark, not burnt but not light , they usually are.

Placed a mobile order on the app for drive thru pick up. Waited several minutes before even being acknowledged at the speaker. There were no cars parked in the parking lot and no one else in the drive thru. Employees were possibly the least friendly people I’ve experienced. Too almost 20 minutes to get our food even tho we place the order 5 minutes before arriving.

Great service, friendly. Food was hot and delicious!
Door dash delivered burnt chicken nuggets and sandwich. No sauce for the nuggets. We did the 3 entree meal deal and it would have been a great value if it was edible. Poppers were ok, but angers me that burger King is payingpeopke to serve burnt food. Whomever cooked the chicken sand chicken filled and the nuggets knew it was not edible.

Went in to order. Girl behind counter working drive thru was on hee phone. Never said anything to me. Someone else looked up and never said anything then sat back down in a chair. Waited at counter for 5 minutes and then left. Sad

Tried to eat here, walked inside and was promptly ignored by the staff, no greeting, no we’ll be with you in a minute, nothing but a cold shoulder. Stood there for 5 minutes until finally walking out. Cannot recommend & the staff has no customer service skills what so ever. Take your business elsewhere .
