Tried the spongebob meal on a whim. They had to sub for a hershey pie, the special drink was totally wrong and staff did not care, and the burger had ZERO SAUCE, what the hell !!
Also the staff was rude and didn't know the difference between an additional drink and a substitution. Definitely wont be back even if my life depended on it.

This McDonalds was nasty. Trash everywhere. The bathrooms were also disgusting and smelled like pure ammonia. Food tasted fine and the people behind the counter were friendly. Food took way to long, like 15mins and there was only us and 1 other person in the store.

Didn't have most of the food in their new sponge bob meal, people up there barely knew what what were talking about and overall it was a bad experience, they instead of telling us that they are out of stuff for the meal just gave us strawberry instead of pineapple and didn't give us anything but the burger and fries, I am very disappointed in this interaction

25 minutes in the drive thru, rude staff, then they served me ACTUAL GARBAGE instead of good food. Not the first time either, but it WILL be the LAST!!! Only wish I could rate them with negative stars. Pathetic.

I don't know what was going on with the Whopper buns, but between The members of our party three of us had Whoppers. When you opened up the Whoppers the top bun appeared either cracked or as though there was a hole in it. And as soon as you tried to take a bite of your sandwich it kind of disintegrated on you. It turned into a mess of slime. Was not a good experience. Probably the worst experience I've ever had food wise at a Burger King.

We placed an online order and sat for 20min as the girl in the front kept demanding fries. When we finally got our food! When I tell you that the top bun was disintegrating it was quite literally disintegrating! The whole sandwich just fell apart in my hands. On top of having whopper bits my fries were undercooked but they were cooked in old oil as well as my onion rings and my husband's chicken. Never again. Don't go here choose one of the other restaurants. Absolutely disgusting.

Door was locked at noon. No one spoke not even manager. Cashier had great attitude and was helpful.
