“Food was great. First time at Huddle House. It would be fair to say it is a combination of IHOP and Waffle House. I had the bacon, sausage, and sausage gravy, stuffed hashbrown. I thought it was a great combination because having the items together allows you to taste them at once instead of stacking them individually on your fork.”

“CHICKEN SOUP, yes that is right. I go to Costa MEXICAN bar and grill for Chicken SOUP. It is really good, really hearty and soothes that need for comfort food and helps if you feel a bit under the weather.It has clean shredded chicken breast with mixed vegetables, (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and avocado), (I know what you are thinking, Warm avocado.... what...? I did too until..... I had it.) and Spanish rice. With a side of Lime and a side of onions.I normally have mine as a call-in order and pick it up. From what I gather the soup is not made as a large pot sitting getting sagi, rather it is made to order.I would recommend, next time you feel like you need some of mom's chicken soup call Costa and get their chicken soup.Thank you Costa on Batesville, MS”

Especially appreciated this option after being turned away from Kennel Club Steakhouse since our 3 year old child didn't fit into their anti-family policy.Kid-friendliness: Waiter was kind and talked to our children like they were actually guests at the restaurant, rather than only asking the parents to speak for the children.”

“e was great , vegetable soup amazing , lunch special pulled pork with sweet potato , lima beans and roll very good , prices , good . about all I would say is some updating landscape in the front is needed . curbside appeal. . there were planters on porch but no plants . more plants needed in front , steps and base of the property needed up keep . outdoor patio needed all the tables to be displayed nicely , some were just stacked in a corner , they should be set up for a better atmosphere all together . all food and service was good , just work on some updates outside . flowers in planters . the outside is not how photos show .”

“This is the first visit to a Captain Ds in DECADES. We did drive thru b/c of convenience so I can't comment on atmosphere. I honestly think there was only 2 employees working so it some time for us to get our food but when we did get it, it was hot and very good. The bast fast food I've had in a LONG time. Kudos to Bobby and his coworkers. They were professional, polite and efficient . They deserve raises for their work.”

We had a very sweet server whose name we cannot remember. Our apologies.This evening we enjoyed a delicious dinner. We shared a veggie quesadilla appetizer. I ordered a BLT club wrap and Ken ordered a BBQ bacon cheddar burger. Mauri was our delightful server and it was her first night.
