“Food was hot, fresh, and order was accurate. Restaurant was clean. I wanted to give props to the staff and management for handling a rude, entitled guest with integrity. Guy felt he was entitled to the employee hand washing sink behind the counter, when told no ,threw himself a lil hissy fit and wanted his money back. Cannot make this up, people need to be better.“

“Subway is consistently uniform in the quality and freshness of the food they prepare! I'm rating this location a 3 for atmosphere as the owners were sitting at the public tables on speaker phone. Not appropriate or professional. And definitely not conducive to a casual eating environment.“

“Not sure why they don't stay busier. The last two times we've gone, the food has been pretty darn good for fast food. The employees have been overly polite and helpful. That makes a big difference in where I'm willing to spend my money. My one suggestion is to add some music or something. Today, the restaurant was so quiet I felt like everybody could hear our conversation.“

“This is the first visit to a Captain Ds in DECADES. We did drive thru b/c of convenience so I can't comment on atmosphere. I honestly think there was only 2 employees working so it some time for us to get our food but when we did get it, it was hot and very good. The bast fast food I've had in a LONG time. Kudos to Bobby and his coworkers. They were professional, polite and efficient . They deserve raises for their work.“

“Visiting from out of state the first time I tried the item. It was not to my satisfaction , I spoke to the manager Tasha and explained the food was not hot everything was warm and I just couldn’t eat it . We had a very cordial conversation and she understood where I was coming from. My friends devoured theirs the way it was. Coming from a position in management I know what most customers expect with food coming out of the kitchen. Tasha had my dish prepared again and it was exactly what I expected. I give a shout out to the manager for her prompt response with no attitude and for making my lunch the second best part of my day. Keep up the good work Zaxbys and continue to hire employees that really make your store stand out.“
