Absolutely disappointing service from this location! Traveling with a bus full of high school students and called to place a pick up order under one ticket. Manager refused to take an order over the phone even though the situation was fully explained. We were told the only way to order is to come into the store! What a disappointment for our group. Ordered and paid online today online, get there to pickup my food. I go thru the drive thru only because no one would answer the phone if you go to the “assigned parking spot” for pickup and call… to be told I have to come inside to get my food. I told the drive thru worker it was already ordered AND paid for and I have 2 young kids in the vehicle that I am not going to come INSIDE to get the food, what’s the point of the “convenience” of ordering and paying for food...read full review
