The food and service has really been disappointing over the last several months. The food doesn't taste fresh. And the portion size has definitely shrunk! The service is fair at best.
Very slow service for a grilled chicken house salad. 3 orders came up before mine and they a 3 ordered after me. Staff was mostly standing around. No urgency in fixing anyone's order. When I did get my salad after around 10 minutes, the tomatoes were over ripe and cucumbers were frozen.

I love to eat here and is one of my favorite places to eat in Batesville. The staff is always nice to me there and even call me by name. The food is always good and i have had very few bad experiences since they opened. I love the atmosphere as most of the time they are playing Christian music, which I love and makes me want to support this location even more.
