“With their large, juicy chicken fingers, they are always a treat. They treat their clientele well and satisfy their cravings. I only wish that there was one closer to O'Fallon, as it takes quite a while to get there and back. The chicken is still delicious notwithstanding, but if one waits too long to eat it, the oil will be absorbed by the breading and the tenders will become a tad soggy. Nevertheless, as I stated, the restaurant is pretty nice, and one should rate based off of service as opposed to accessibility.“

“The last time my wife and I visited the University of Mississippi campus in Oxford, Mississippi, there wasn't a Steak 'n Shake restaurant at 762 All-American Drive, in the shadow of Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. As we planned our trip to Oxford this year, I couldn't wait to have lunch at what I imagined was a thriving business on campus, especially on game day when thousands of Ole Miss students and alumni and fans partied at the nearby Grove and attended the Saturday afternoon football game. Alas, much to our disappointment, the Steak 'n Shake is temporarily closed. Because of COVID, I assume. I can only imagine how much revenue the restaurant is losing, especially when Ole Miss is in session and the Rebels are hosting Alabama or Mississippi State or Georgia. It's like closing an Irish pub on St. Patrick's Day in Chicago. I still recall how popular a Steak 'n Shake was when I attended the University of Illinois from 1958 to 1962, a go-to destination after class, on weekends and during final exam week. “I would love to say that it was amazing. The food was absolutely amazing. It was warm It taste good and the staff were very friendly and very helpful for any questions or concerns I had and I’ve also done delivery a couple times to my house. It was also very amazing. They get there fast. They get their food at fast to make sure you get your food on time or if there’s a problem, they’ll explain it and help you understand.“

“The food was great, but we ordered on the app and asked for 3 marinara for our mozzarella sticks. When they came out they asked if we wanted marinara and gave us 1. There was no more in the bag. My mom also had a separate order and they were out of almost every sauce so she opted for ketchup. Also not in her bag and when she asked for some she was given 3 small packets for 2 meal which both contained chicken bites.“
