“I would love to say that it was amazing. The food was absolutely amazing. It was warm It taste good and the staff were very friendly and very helpful for any questions or concerns I had and I’ve also done delivery a couple times to my house. It was also very amazing. They get there fast. They get their food at fast to make sure you get your food on time or if there’s a problem, they’ll explain it and help you understand.“

“The food was great, but we ordered on the app and asked for 3 marinara for our mozzarella sticks. When they came out they asked if we wanted marinara and gave us 1. There was no more in the bag. My mom also had a separate order and they were out of almost every sauce so she opted for ketchup. Also not in her bag and when she asked for some she was given 3 small packets for 2 meal which both contained chicken bites.“

The new manager has brought about a revolution in customer service, transforming it from a place where you'd struggle to find a friendly face to one where staff know you by name and what you order. The attention to detail and genuine care shown by the manager is evident in the way the facility is run and how staff interact with customers. It's a welcome change that hasn't gone unnoticed.“

“This is one of my favorite places to eat. But it seems the only way my order is ever correct is when I'm there in person. Every time I order delivery whether it's Door Dash/Uber Eats, one or both (sauce and toast) that I order extra on every order never seem to make it in my order. Like today I ordered 3 snack plates, 2 with toast added and all 3 with extra guthrie's sauce. Got the toast, No extra sauce. I've been trying to call the store for 30 minutes but it's going straight to voicemail with no room to leave message. Very disappointed this is 3rd delivery in a row my order hasn't been correct. Reading the ticket correctly isn't difficult.“

“one time they didnt put garlic on my garlic breadsticks... but they are nice and make good food. last time i went in, half of my pizza was "over cooked" as they said, and they were nice enough to redo it for me before i left so id get a perfect pizza.“

“Food was correct and hot and fresh. Drive through only had one person in it. The phone order line seems to slow down someone that just using the drive through. I know it is a must do, but eliminating cash payments in the drive thru would speed up the line. I painfully waited for the two cars in front of me using cash and getting ghange.“

“The service is great, and as always the food is awesome, the food also seems to be made after I order it and is fresh and hot, unlike McDonald's, Burger King and a few other fast food places, this makes Sonic my place to go to.I wish Sonic would start selling 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 peice chicken nuggets with sweet & sour, honey mustard, BBQ, Ranch, and the other sauces that McDonald's and burger king offer.I also wish that Sonic would offer 24 hour services as well like McDonald's does to give us a better choice for fast food or stay open until 2 am instead of closing at 9 pm.Since we're in a major ivy league college town that has around 2 thousand college students a year if not more then Sonic is losing out on those nights where we need a better option to get something to eat and all the money that should be going to Sonic and instead is going to McDonald's. I would rather have Sonic over Burger King any time.“

“If you can’t find the milkshake you crave at CookOut Olive Branch, you didn’t look at the menu well. They have so many options! I settled on the cheesecake shake; so delicious! 😋 Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back to try another flavor.“

“There is a young man there that works in the front of house and he has EXCELLENT customer service skills. He actually came to my job the same day I wrote this review and was kind to me. Definitely a stand out young man. Proud of this gentleman! Can’t remember the young man’s name but he’s slim, has tattoos, and is African American. Giving details so the young man can be recognized“

“I've been to allot of Wendy's all over the Southeast traveling with my job and this is by far the best Wendy's I've ever been too. The service was good, the good was excellent and it actually looked like the pictures on the menu. Good job Wendy's“
