Soooo...this chick fil a has a line dedicated to mobile orders. This was the longest line and took forever! The line where you drive up and give them your actual order verbally was much quicker. What's the problem? Somebody explain. I know more people now know about mobile ordering through drive through line and last time I went to this location, this was shorter pickup line. I wonder if it was poorly run because I saw the employees trying to give multiple people the wrong...read full review
The newer team member up front today was lovely. It got extremely busy around 4 o’clock, and the lobby was packed-She was cool, calm and collect very polite to everyone-Outstanding customer service. She was by herself upfront and did a wonderful job.
When I went into this CFA, I was greeted by Avery and she had the most genuine smile. She took my order and everything was correct. She was so sweet and extremely professional. My food was delicious and my iced coffee was wonderful! ❤
