Servers are "yeah whatever" and run it haphazardly. Food is still great - hey, its Five Guys! Just depends on what crew is serving perhaps. If you know exactly what you want, just be prepared to wait longer than usual and watch for your order - if you stand outside, there is no speaker. If you have questions, good luck. Great burgers is always but I don't understand the price point system here and why everything is so high?! You can easily spend $20 to $25 on a junior size Burger with fries and a shake. I do love their French fries being hand cut fresh everyday and really makes a difference and the burgers are always delicious.

It all depends on who cooks your fries and burger. I got LUCKY! Monday at 1:30, February 5th. Fries weee crispy, burger was perfect! Great friendly staff and very clean environment. If you’ve had a bad experience with this location before (like I did), give them a second chance! Perfect!!!
