This is one of my favorite places to eat. But it seems the only way my order is ever correct is when I'm there in person. Every time I order delivery whether it's Door Dash/Uber Eats, one or both (sauce and toast) that I order extra on every order never seem to make it in my order. Like today I ordered 3 snack plates, 2 with toast added and all 3 with extra guthrie's sauce. Got the toast, No extra sauce. The chicken tenders were so good!!
Had never tried this place until my boss gave me a coupon for a free box.... I KID YOU NOT.. that was the best dang chicken I've ever had! And now I have a new chicken spot.

Guthrie's is a favorite place to eat, but delivery orders often have problems. When ordering from Door Dash/Uber Eats, extra items like Guthrie's sauce and toast are frequently missing. One customer ordered 3 snack plates with toast and extra sauce, received the toast but no extra sauce, and could not reach the store by phone. However, other customers praise the food, calling it the best chicken ever. The staff is amazing, with manager Matt turning things around, and employees Brian and Kaylin providing great service with super fresh and delicious food. The fries could have been cooked longer, as they were not crunchy. Overall, the food is averagely good, but the chicken tenders were a bit too small for the price of the box, tasting like a mixture of Canes and Zaxbys. Manager Clifton Tatum is professional, making the experience a delight.
