I love Tacobell but it's gotten very expensive over the years so I only go when I see a good online deal now. The food was ready when I got there and my order was correct. There were several people working in the back but the cashier was sitting at a table and asked me why I was there. I told her I had an online order and she called to the back for them to help me. Was planning to go there for the first time…after reading the reviews; will not be visiting this Taco Bell. This would be the kind of service it seems you would get no matter how much they make an hour. More money, will not increase the service and quality.

waited in the drive thru for almost an hour … i really wanted taco bell so i waited but i literally saw a bunch of them go on break to vape and i’m honestly confused how a drive thru could go this slow without them purposefully just not working ..
