There is no reason anybody should have to wait in line over an hour!!... To place a order , or to pick up a doordash order!!... It's just not acceptable!!... And have employees scattered out in the parking lot in the lobby when the line is out into University of the road is ridiculous!!!!.... They literally need a new system for Uber eats and doordash!!!... In the traffic flow will run so smoothly!!!... It would also help if they open up the other line during busy hours!!!... Have one side working on drive-through orders have the other side working on doordash and Uber eat orders and then have a runner running them outside!!!.... If the owner of this facility happens to see this message please contact me!!!... I can resolve this problem for you very easily!!!....

This place is a JOKE!!! We have been sitting in line for an hour or more the longest time was at the window itself!!! The employees in the store on their phones talking when the lines backed up. Don't know why it took as long as it did but something needs to be done it's worse everytime I go.

I love Tacobell but it's gotten very expensive over the years so I only go when I see a good online deal now. The food was ready when I got there and my order was correct. There were several people working in the back but the cashier was sitting at a table and asked me why I was there. I told her I had an online order and she called to the back for them to help me. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience. I just wish the cashier was a little friendlier and helped out the people making food.
Was planning to go there for the first time…after reading the reviews; will not be visiting this Taco Bell. This would be the kind of service it seems you would get no matter how much they make an hour. More money, will not increase the service and quality.
