I recently had an issue with an online order that definitely wasn't up to the standards I've come to expect from Zaxby's. There is a young man there that works in the front of house and he has EXCELLENT customer service skills. He actually came to my job the same day I wrote this review and was kind to me. Definitely a stand out young man. Proud of this gentleman! Can’t remember the young man’s name but he’s slim, has tattoos, and is African American. Giving details so the young man can be recognized
