I had a great experience 11/30 around 3:30. I initially thought I’d have time to dine in, but my plans changed. The staff was very friendly helping me box my food to-go. Customer service seems to be becoming more and more rare and it was a refreshing change. And the food was excellent!
I've been going to Mcallister's for a long time. Today I was disappointed in the service and food. The cashier made a mistake in placing our order for 2 Spud Max potatoes and 2 teas. She rang up the wrong item. When it came out, I sent it back. I approached the cashier to show where she made the mistake and another person questioned me. I told her about the mistake and I would be willing to pay the difference. All this person was interested in was getting the $7.19 difference....read full review

RUDE! AWFUL! I have spent so much money at this McAlister's. I love eating McAllister's but today I went by and waited in line for 30 minutes just for the lady to come tell me at the window that I needed to walk inside and wait on my order because they had a big party inside that they were taken care of.
